How is what Mike Pompeo doing not a violation of the Hatch Act?

"The Hatch Act generally prohibits Federal employees from engaging in political activities while on duty, in a Government room or building, while wearing an official uniform, or while using a Government vehicle."

everything they do probably violates one or more regulations, statutes, amendments, or social norms.

they proceed as if they have absolute confidence that there will be no consequences for their actions. going by what's happened so far, they're likely to be correct.
