1. The pricing oscillates.

When I preordered it on Friday, it was $20, but I would have paid $22. I think they have a low price guarantee on pre-orders, where you get the lowest price, or at least the price you bought it at, even if the prices rises between the day you buy it and the release.

4. No idea. I'd been watching to see if price would drop, but I hadn't realized Amazon had price

guarantee that protects pre--purchasers from overpaying. I'm still torn between kindle and hard copy. I really wish there was an audio version since I like to hike with the pup several miles while listening to books or podcasts...
