A protracted legal fight just exposes more religious right hypocrisy and weakens Liberty "University." If the kids going there were smart... well, first they wouldn't be going there, but also they might want to think about transferring somewhere else that doesn't have the possibility of being a hypocritical religious battleground.

9. Falwell Jr is not an ordained minister

He’s a real estate guy .... like Trump.
If he gets bumped out of Liberty U he loses all his power and influence. The question is: can the Board actually fire him. He only got the job because he was the founder’s son. Any serious university would have done a national search for a replacement when Falwell Sr died.
