However, for me, cannabis is more of a therapeutic. I do enjoy a tipple of a good single malt whisky or glass of wine and hardly consider myself to be a mean drunk puke!!

I think “Liquor Store” is code for undesirable people.

That is how republicans communicate to each other.

It was a youngish woman who said it. I didn't see a name but maybe because I was laughing too hard.

Their whole convention is to stoke the fears of suburbanites that Democrats are bringing the ghetto to the suburbs. Liquor stores on every corner, subsidized housing, etc. etc. It's their new "Welfare Queen." It's pure racism.

... they said that there would be *burning* liquor stores on every corner. Why can’t these psychos make up their minds?

I thought my Trumper neighbor was coming around, after making comments the other month about how bad he is doing. But, alas, he's digging in and coupling up to the Trump Train.

I lived in Tampa for a few years and I kept expecting the churches, schools and city offices to start selling suitcases of Bud Light at rock bottom prices

Storefront, stand alone or itinerant/group based. And that's in those big, nasty cities.

Package (Liquor) stores are a bit harder to find.

And of course, there's Taco Trucks and Hole-in-the-Wall Cali-Mex places pretty near everywhere, as well as the various bodegas where Abuela makes her own tamales to sell on the side.

The cart down the street has their abuela's special Napoles, Queso, and Jalepeno Tamales every Thursday; if you don't get there when she sets up anytime between 9 and 11, they're gone within 10 minutes.
