Jacob Blake asked the police officer in his room to pray with him and his mother.

I'm not laying in the hospital with 7 bullets in my back and I don't know how yet to be this merciful.

Speaking of the young black man who was shot in the back in front of his children.

Policing needs to change, defund the terrorism and reform the police now.

There was a recent warrant for the young man's arrest, posted a few days prior.

Mind, this does not alter in the least degree the criminal nature of the officer's attempt to murder the man. A warrant for arrest is not a warrant for execution, and there is no doubt Mr. Blake could have been arrested without lethal force being employed. The officer's act was willful --- he faced no danger to his life, and had other means available to prevent flight.
