This appears to come from a far right site (also featuring anti-transgender and anti-Muslim rants), frontlinesnews.com, whose URL for the story seems to sum it up:

It's not just this time Mary Ann Mendoza is spreading anti-semitic conspiracy theories about controlling the world. She was doing it over a year ago - before she was appointed to the Trump campaign advisory board.
