I have co-workers that live in the Port Arthur and Orange, TX areas. Mail haulers that do a cross country relay. I texted a driver friend earlier and he has done all he can, but his wife can not travel.

I’m concerned for them all. If it’s a surge of 15’ coming up the inlets at Port Arthur, I fear it will put I-10 underwater through there.
