This is supposed to be his big moment, a surge of narcissistic supply for him. But people won't be talking about him. They won't be talking about how great he is. They'll be talking about a natural disaster. And instead of basking in the worship of a crowd, he has to do the thing he hates most and is the absolute worst at: pretending to care about other people.

Any major storm could rightfully be labeled "historic." One that makes landfall at barely below Category 5 isn't an everyday event. It's stronger than Katrina, Frederic, Rita or Ivan when they hit the central Gulf Coast.
