I am not a lawyer, but...

Just from reading Wisconsin state law, it seems that if you are in a place you have no legal right to be, such as on the streets after curfew, you're estopped from invoking "stand your ground."

And I think brandishing an assault rifle in a crowd can be reasonably construed as provocation, which weakens any general claim of self defense.

To say nothing of the fact that the magashooter fled the state afterward.

with a weapon he's not old enough to carry.

His only defense is he's a minor.

So, he was falsely standing his ground in another state, open carrying a firearm illegally.

Middle name is different as well.

The younger Kyle does have some case, but it is related to the incident in Kenosha.

Here is a screen shot showing the date of birth and different names. You picked the older Kyle Joseph Rittenhouse who is 31.

Kyle Howard Rittenhouse is 16.

Spreading false information does us no good.

18 is also the legal age to purchase a firearm in IL.

He fits neither of those criteria.

There's a video online of people in the crowd following him shouting that he just shot someone.
