1) Did he have a knife in his hand? No.

2) Was he reaching for a knife? I don't know, but probably not.

3) Can a cop be stabbed by a hand that has no knife in it? No.

4) Why seven shots? IN THE BACK?

5) There were several cops there. Armed with self-defense training. Armed with tasers. Why are none of the other cops going into a frenzy trying to subdue the man?

6) If the cop believed he was about to get stabbed, why not run to the other side of the car, ESPECIALLY if you know that there are 3 small kids next to a violent situation if you choose to escalate. There is no shame in removing yourself from a potentially deadly situation, especially considering the children.

7) Let's assume he had a knife in his hand, which he didn't. Are these cops so poorly trained that they can't use their combined force to subdue a man with a knife that his his back toward you?

8) Was the man who was shot 7 TIMES IN THE BACK enraged to the point where he is going to go all in stabby on a bunch of cops when his kids are sitting right there?

9) Police in the UK are mostly gun free. How is it that I am able to see about a million videos on the internet where they are able to subdue a man WHO IS ACTUALLY ATTACKING THEM WITH A KNIFE without using a gun?

10) Why am I seeing videos of police in Kenosha telling a 17 year old white boy armed with an AR "we appreciate you guys", and seeing the police offer him a bottle of water?

11) Since when have 17 year old white boys brandishing an AR been deputized to take the law into their own hands and shoot people at will?

If you fear a knife, all you have to do is take two steps back. You still have a gun and he has nothing but air to swipe at.

Instead, the cop continues to press in close and ultimately fires inside of arms distance.

and now they're tap dancing around what a fuck up the cop is. The cop was holding onto Blake's shirt with one hand and had his semi-automatic weapon in the other, not being held in an appropriate manner. None of the 7 shots was a "kill" shot. Cops are not trained to shoot to get someone's attention. How you could shoot someone intentionally from that close range and not kill them with 1 shot is a mystery. I guess it would depend on examining the weapon and whether the cop had messed around with it so it would act as an automatic and then, in the excitement of the moment, depressed the trigger and off it went. This would make it attempted manslaughter rather than attempted murder, but - let's face it - dollars to donuts the cop gets off one way or another even though Kenosha is going to be writing a very large check to the victim. I don't know WTF is wrong with cops these days and I don't know what it's going to take to get rid of the bad ones when the unions protect them.
