2. Fact check...

Someone else wrote on another post that it does track the streaming and gives it ratings but does not track TV/cable unless you're a Nielsen. I don't know which is true but it would be nice to know the facts to decide which way to f*** his ratings.

Ratings are done just as the Nielsens were, though they may be called Nielsen-style now. There are sample families and they’re monitored. Apparently you can watch however you like.
