(3,419 posts)a business then pay triple the wage. You won't own it long. People that say things like this think just because you own a business you can afford to pay triple, give it a shot.
Make it easy for small businesses to pay their employees more.
Pay three times as much for everything you buy now. The grocery store charges you $75, pay $225. $15 for a movie? Pay $45. Gas station wants to charge you $30 for gas, pay $90.
Same effect. Spread the wealth. You have it, they could use it.
Unless you don't have it. Then it's absurd to even think about it.
Ford made things very efficiently. He paid his workers a lot because he worked them hard. He also paid them in scrip, which was only useable at company stores for products sold at company-set prices and had them live in company housing. Combine his quasi-socialism with his brimming-over anti-semitism, and you have a little budding Nazi to look up to.
