I like these signs being sold for a local fundraiser, except for the Democrat vs Democratic. sigh

(4,167 posts)He talked about this subject and how the Republicans have been using this since Mcarthy as a negative because saying Democrat makes it sound like a rat while Democratic sounds more noble....and he says unfortunately its now in a lot of peoples lexicon

It's got the most important parts right, and for existing materials the "ic" issue is already moot. You can't change already-printed matter.
