(19,991 posts)Perhaps he and his goons think that if they continue to close down polling places as Republicans have done in past years, and use every trick they can dream up to eliminate mail-in ballots (in swing states), then a lot of voters won't want to risk their health to stand in long lines for hours at fewer polling places to vote in person: The Big Squeeze. Of course his base includes many older voters in high-risk groups who could be affected by such "crimes against democracy."
