He would allow it to be announced if he DID ever get it? Might make him look “weak” which is what he would hate the most.

Everyone around Trump gets tested constantly. And really, how many people who've had it actually got close to him (i.e. within six feet and unmasked) while they were contagious? It's been very few or none.

he is so fucking sick with so many other diseases, both of the physical and mental variety, that the covid-19 he had was barely noticeable because of his mental problems which make him appear so sick and mentally challenged that it would be hard to notice his covid-19 symptoms if he had it.

An article from Ars a couple months ago that may help explain it. Basically a lot of people that are infected don't seem to spread it to anyone.

https://arstechnica.com/science/2020/06/just-10-20-of-covid-19-cases-behind-80-of-transmission-studies-suggest/

Much about how the new coronavirus spreads from one victim to the next remains a maddening mystery. But amid all the frantic efforts to understand transmission, there is one finding that appears consistent: that it is inconsistent.

Some people—most, even—don’t spread the virus to anyone in the course of their infection. Others infect dozens at a time.
...
According to mounting data, as little as 10 percent to 20 percent of people infected with SARS-CoV-2 may be responsible for around 80 percent of transmission. On the flip side, a stunning 70 percent of infected people may not pass the virus to anyone, some data suggests.

It seems like a natural selfish thing to do. Indeed, I'm surprised if having learned about them, that he didn't insist on being given one, if not several of them. It's too Trump of Trump not to have done so. And most of these big Pharm heads would be happy to comply.
