Trump touts online viewership for GOP convention after trailing in TV ratings

smaller TV audience than Joe Biden's address, with the GOP saying total viewership across TV and online for their event surpassed that of the Democratic convention.

Trump touted the figures a day after preliminary figures showed that his convention speech drew a smaller audience on TV compared to Biden's speech at the Democratic convention last week.

On traditional outlets CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, Fox News and MSNBC, an estimated 19.9 million Americans watched Trump's speech on TV, while 21.7 million watched Biden's speech.

According to figures released by Nielsen, Democrats also edged Republicans in total TV ratings between their respective conventions.

And the 'lizard people' on other planets prefer Trump?

Biden's lead in key battleground states has shrunk in recent public surveys, with the former vice president now leading Trump by just 3 points, according to the RealClearPolitics polling index.

They will put up any pro Trump poll, but they leave off pro Biden polls, hell I remember they put up a pro Trump poll and the only link was a twitter post...to make things more bias they will put a pro Trump poll at the top while lowering a Pro Biden poll so that the trend looks favorable to Trump. Case in point look at how they are showing Michigan and Pennsylvania.

In Pennsylvania they have the CNBC poll dated Aug 21-23 at the top while the Franklin Marshall Aug 16-23 poll (which came out later) is second. My first thought was ok, it makes sense because CNBC is more current because FM is including older dates. But then when you look at Michigan they have a CNBC poll with the same dates below a Republican friendly poll where Trump is winning even though the poll includes data from the 14th of Aug.

Anyone who thinks otherwise is likely in for a surprise.

It's going to take hard work and dedication to beat him.
