What do you do when you can't take it any more?

I walked around the block. My daughter scolded me for not walking. I scolded her back for drinking wine.

I feel alright today and will walk around the block again.

We'll see if she gives up having that wine 3 evenings a week -- I'm just being crabby...I don't blame her.

I have given up alcohol for the most part. The lows I get from it I don't need right now.

Keep up the good work!

Stay outside as much as you can. Listen to the birds.

Play good music.

Think back on good times.

Keep your body moving.

Limit or eliminate alcohol and drug use.

Watch stand-up comedians on youtube.

Eat good food.

Pet a dog or cat. Talk to them.

Try to help others.

All these things are helpful to me.

My short and long term goals are not going to change regardless of who wins this November.
