(365 posts)When you see a President Obama crowd, you see what America looks like. All ages, races, nationalities, religions, creeds. AND they are happy.
Compare that to Romney's little gatherings.

(19,458 posts)I mean, has he ever held any rally that had over 3k people? Other than the big Romney/Ryan roll-out at a public venue using the warship as a backdrop?
WHERE are Romney's cheering crowds??? Where are the people waiting in line 4 hours to get in?
And has the media mentioned this?? They need to make it clear that Romney is NOT drawing any crowds, and has zero enthusiasm, lest they try to steal it again. They need to be sure that everyone knows that he is putrid and does not have the support.

(649 posts)... Channel 4, in Milwaukee, reported a crowd of 2,000. Great to see these pictures!!! One look puts the lie to that figure. And NO mention was made of the 18,000 overflow crowd, or any overflow, for that matter. And certainly no video that showed the crowd in these photos.
THANK YOU to the OP ... great pictures.

(666 posts)CNN top story is Obama campaigning in "surprise battleground" ( Wisconsin ) & worried then article says he is up by only an avg. of 9 ugh they REALLY are trying desperately to make this a horse race

(715 posts)and consider a couple of things. First, the recent poll that had President Obama up by 14 points in Wisconsin is an outlier, I believe. And if Wisconsin is not in play, then why did he go there? Has he gone to ANY state not on the battleground map?
Second, when I watch Ed, Rachel and Lawrence at night they show Romney crowds (although they never mention where or when those events are (or were) taking place. I never see a panoramic view so I'm never sure how many people are there. I'm reasonably certain that if the crowds were as pitifully small as you believe that they would make sure to show them. I will go so far as to say that the crowds do appear enthusiastic, certainly more so than you are giving them credit for.
I mention these observations only to caution against complacency. Romney The Robot still has plenty of outside groups and fanatical anti Obamians who are probably waiting until October 1 to unleash all that campaign cash. My guess is that the money will be concentrated in Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Virginia and Colorado. We have to be vigilant and again guard against complacency.
That said, I hope on November 7th we wake up to 4 more years of this excellent President along with majorities in the House and Senate. Forward!

(25,111 posts)their supporters and probably pay them as well just the tea bots small events right when Pres O started out. CNN like other news outlets' pollster system diffidently want a "close" race but I'm going a bit father and say that another reason to keep it close is for the GOP to sneak in and steal it. Heir Walker from WI like all the other GOP governors want it neck and neck in the news cycle because then the GOP run states' Secretary of State can easily change the numbers just like what was done in Ohio 2004. That is why the GOP are also implementing all of the voter suppression laws and purging as well as training voter watchers to intimidate voters at the polling stations. Its SAD isn't it that the "PARTY OF GAWD'S CHRISTIANS" are nothing but thugs.
I have learned one thing tho, when a GOP speaks about the other party, they are speaking about themselves and what they really want to do. The GOP truly want a one party system (corporation) and overall this party does not care about the average American.
