As an American I am insulted that this administration did nothing

to bring us together as one people to fight this pandemic. Remember the seat belt campaigns “Click it or Ticket” “Buckle up for safety” and so on? It’s not that hard to draw on our commonalities as Americans to beat the pandemic. Masking up should be part of all schools curriculum at this point. Should be bulletin boards everywhere masks given out to all. A universal website of FAQs. But instead we have people divided about a public health issue! Not caring about their neighbors or others. Arguing. It’s just astounding to me when I think what could have been. But I’m heartened to know what can be! Let’s vote!

1. I'm angry

I can’t hug my elderly parents, my child can’t fully enjoy his senior year at college, etc. Countless people have died and many who have gotten sick have not fully recovered.
So many reasons why I’m angry.

5. Can't go see my friends and family, can't go attend class in person.

Literally every event I had tickets to has been canceled. I lost money on planned trips. I have to spend literally every hour of the day at home. The list goes on and on.

No way in hell is Trump extending the proverbial olive branch to us. He thrives on chaos and division. His supporters thrive on "owning the libs". No way in hell is he playing nice.

national plan on anything . I never expected anything later about masking nationwide from this WH
I’m just glad Trump didn’t tell people not to wear masks nationwide , or try to make it illegal to hide your face because of terrorism or something

WH is $ stupid because in other countries masks are money makers trending all kinds of different designs but here he is causing a loss of 30-40% of the potential US customers by shunning masks instead
Also he could’ve even had a lot of different trump 2020 masks by now for the elections if he had pushed it from the beginning.
As many trump hats as he sold 2016 he could have sold trump masks 2020 and kept us a lot safer and united to fight the virus by masking in public

All he cares about is himself, and getting attention. The result in this case has been a disaster for this whole country. He could have done something early on to try to slow it down.
