Chris Wallace, the anchor of "Fox News Sunday" and a frequent target of Twitter barbs from President Donald Trump, will moderate the first presidential debate on Sept. 29, the Commission on Presidential Debates announced Wednesday. The second debate between Trump and Democratic challenger Joe Biden is scheduled for Oct. 15 and will be moderated by C-Span's political editor Steve Scully, and the third faceoff will be held Oct. 22 and moderated by NBC News White House correspondent Kristen Welker, the commission said. USA Today Washington bureau chief Susan Page will moderate the sole vice-presidential debate between Mike Pence and Kamala Harris on Oct. 7.
