The fact that this lawsuit is not new, but the DOJ just realized its their jurisdiction. You know, once every other avenue of getting it dismissed failed, all of a sudden - you know what, Trump was acting within his "official duties as President" and can't be sued.
Our entire legal system has been turned into a joke by Trump and the Republican enablers.
