"Stop me before I kill again."

What Trump was really saying to Bob Woodward.

And then, he went out and told his people that it was all a "Democrat hoax".

He held several large rallies. He told his people they did not have to wear masks. One of his supporters, Herman Cain, went to one of his rallies and died from the COVID-19.

Donald Trump ridiculed people that wore masks, including his opponent, Joe Biden. He intimidated reporters that chose to wear masks.

He did all that knowing that the corona was a deadly virus and could be spread thru the air.

How many people did he really kill?

we are the witnessing audience of a lunatic.
if you go out into the pandemic streets to protest you take your life in your hands in more ways than 1.
We are crawling to the finish line. God help us.

8. What Trump did to the people of this country regarding the Covid pandemic...

is really not any different than what Idi Amin and Pol Pot did to their people.
They took an active role in the slaughters they are known for. Trump took a more passive role.
He didn't wield a club, or pull a trigger, but his actions over the last 8 months killed just as surely as those others did.

Trump is a mass murderer.

we were being told the virus was everywhere - plastic, food containers, doorknobs, shopping carts.

Many people, me included, were isolating all the food for a week before touching the packages that came home. Even deliveries and car-pickup were left for days. You couldn't find a bleach-soap spray anywhere.

I'm wondering if they knew all along it was airborne, had no method to deal with it, so went with other methods to social distance before "social distancing" was even a concept in the public's mind.

So what I'm saying is the whole response was a lie - orchestrated - yet Trump continued to downplay the pandemic.

Lock him up.

Of course he knew. We've known this as far back as when we found out he was delaying the docking of an infected cruise ship because they would have to be counted once they landed. From that point on I, and anyone with half a brain, should have known that he was downplaying the severity of the virus.

He was obviously banking on a vaccine developed quickly, or his own investment in hydroxychloroquine paying off. It was a big gamble, with American lives, that he lost. As well a big political gamble that he is also losing badly with. Turns out world leaders who did take it seriously and were honest with their citizens and listened to their own health experts for guidance are......surprise surprise.....ahead in polls and will likely be re-elected easily.

Sometimes I shudder to think of how popular he'd be. Probably above 50%, and being fawned on by most of the MSM, if he'd just put away his phone, bitten his tongue on hot button issues. Read carefully crafted speeches from teleprompters in a monotone voice. And simply said that Americans have to come together to fight the virus, and listen to the WTO and the CDC. Just taken a back seat and let them do their jobs.

But I guess that wouldn't be Donald.
