Post marked 9/8 our ballots were received by mail today, 9/10, sent by first class mail ($1.20) from the Wayne County Board of Elections, which is in the same town (Goldsboro) in which we reside. So no mail delay.
We will fill them out and deliver them personally to the Board of Elections tomorrow.

(9,874 posts)4 page (2 pages both sides) of instructions, most of which consists of reprints of state laws dealing with election laws and voter fraud. Instructions require each ballot be mailed back with a 55 cent stamp on the envelope. The ballot itself is on fairly thick stock.
