On the anniversary of 9/11 we find the White House stopped the VA from encouraging veterans to wear masks even after they knew it would save lives. They intervened to stop VA from saving veterans lives. Don't tell me what Trump has done for us. He's killing us. #LincolnVeteran

SCOOP w/@suzannecgordon: For months, draft @DeptVetAffairs guidance encouraging vets to wear masks was slow-walked then squashed by the White House.

One VA source called it "unacceptable," said it was the 1st time he'd seen politics interfere with care: https://battleborne.substack.com/p/scoop-white-house-suppressed-va-guidance
