Warning: details included in this story are graphic.
Former judge and current Fox News judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano was sued for sexual assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress in Manhattan federal court on Friday. Napolitano says the charges are completely false. ....
Napolitanos longtime employer is also standing by him as of now.
Judge Napolitano has assured us in the strongest possible terms that these allegations are false and he will fight them aggressively in court, Fox News said in a statement to Law&Crime. ....

(70,744 posts)somewhere in the face of the blatant lawlessness SHITLER shows. Not that I credit him with integrity.
He's pals with SHITLER, might have been cast off for a time by him, but whether they made up (as I think I read somewhere) they are basically as palsy as SHITLER is capable of being.
As for the post saying this dude hasn't been "potential" for a long time, the Subject line is space limited. Yes, he was "potential" in the first year or two of the SHITLER reign, but possibly couldn't pass the background check possibly for things like the current allegations.
As for not being a "potential" nominee for a long time, well, the current suit regards an alleged incident dating back to (1988?), so perhaps he hasn't had other alleged history for a long time, either!
The story is new. I can't provide sufficient exegesis to satisfy everybody, but experience portends that within 24 hours there will be a half-dozen other threads on the same topic, with thousands of Views and hundreds of Recs, so perhaps satisfaction to the relief of all will ensue.

(15,280 posts)Was that before or after Napolitano's anti-Trump comments?
I don't want to dismiss any sexual assault charge off-handedly, but the motivation for a false accusation is strong here, and must be considered.
