Conventions already existed where server names could be prepended to complete file paths, preceded by a double-slash (//).[5]

(25,415 posts)Runs the Tarrance Group, Repub pollster. He did the poll and wrote the article. Sometimes Celinda Lake polls with Battleground to give it the appearance of being "fair." But she did not participate in the article. Come to your own conclusions.
Repubs need someone to bring their hopes up, they are really depressed lately.
