What this Presidency revealed is the weakness of oversight when the President himself is responsible for enforcing it.

Congress should have the power to commandeer a unit of U. S. Marshalls to enforce subpoenas.

It would not take many frog marches into the Capitol before Administration officials of any Party would take these legal summonings seriously.
