Yes they are greedy, so your tax cuts excited them, you juicing the market also made them happy, but you antics scare the crap of of them. Scared market = downtrend market.

the Fed has been pumping money into the market to support the numbers. Sooner or later, someone is going to want that cash for themselves. They are probably getting scared that someone is going to take the cash first, leaving less for everyone else.
