Background on Luzerne County, PA where they "found" the discarded Trump ballots

Luzerne County, PA has voted blue in every Presidential election since 1988 but in 2016 it flipped and voted
red and it hosted Alexander Torshin and Maria Butina and in 2018 it went back to being blue.

Funny on how with in 24 hours of "finding those ballots" that Bill Barr's DoJ announces an investigation
into the discarded ballots, the DoJ issues a press release into the discarded ballots, and Kayleigh Mcenany
talks about those discarded ballots @ a White House press briefing.
