If the court overturns the Presidential race in a state that does not just overturns the Presidential race but will impact every race on the ballot which would throw the state in chaos.

An interesting take on what may happen. If true, the Dems need to push that Trump and the Rethugs go throw the entire country into top down chaos.

8. I don't think states are going to roll over for Trump

as easily as he thinks.

I think states will see this as a challenge to get all their ballots processed on Nov. 3 and bypass the assault of Trump and the DOJ. Some have already changed their rules about when to count mail-in ballots and are beginning the process earlier than before because of the huge number expected.

This is from the SCOTUS decision just this past summer on faithless electors, but also deals,with how electors are chosen

And second, the Court’s decision reinforces the validity of the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. Under National Popular Vote, states that combine for at least 270 electoral votes agree to award their electors to the presidential candidate who wins the most individual votes across the nation. (Fifteen states and the District of Columbia, totaling 196 electoral votes, have already passed the measure.)

In the 18 states currently without faithless elector laws, the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact would operate in a manner identical to the system that they have been using for over 200 years. In these states (which currently use the state-by-state winner-take-all method of awarding electoral votes), the presidential electors are chosen by the political party whose presidential candidate receives the most popular votes inside the state.

A peaceful transition of power and the winner will be inaugurated on 1/20/2021. No he didn’t address the issue of changing electors etc. but the most powerful man in DC has spoken, and their will be more rebukes if needed. They will not cede power unless voted out, and will not be “put out” by a state legislature and a power hungry wanna be dictator...period!

The repuke congress critters and others down ballot will be just effected by this nonsense and they aren’t having any of it..their leader has spoken
