It’s Twitler who’s said he isn’t doing prep. (He’s lying, of course, as usual – but announcing he isn’t preparing is a good way to make his performance be spinnable as more impressive than it would otherwise seem.)

But I seem to recall reading that Biden was definitely rehearsing – and, specifically, with a mock opponent whose goal was primarily to get under his skin and try to bait him into losing his cool – because that’s likely what Cheetolini’s approach is going to be.
