as now, friend against friend and members of a family against each other.

Ben Franklin's son was a Loyalist and it caused a rift for life. They never reconciled.

we'd be singing "God Save the Queen" now instead of "God Bless America." Well, those of us who don't detest that song, anyway. But, for now, I have the freedom to hate it. I just hope we still have far more Patriots.
