What kind of judge would do that?

The nominee knows that the nomination is offered for crass partisan reasons. The nominee knows that a substantial majority of the country regards the nomination as illegitimate. To accept the nomination is to declare oneself a partisan loyalist. What kind of judge would do that?

I'm worried by a judge who'd accept a nomination under these circumstances.

Any female candidate being considered for the SC stands on the very small but foundational shoulders of RBG whose very dying wish, expressed and recorded, was that the prez and senate should wait. So Barrett, obviously eager to warm Ginsburg‘s seat positions herself as a most dishonoring, disrespectful and ungrateful beneficiary of Justice Ginsburg and her life work.

A Christian judge who wants to impose her flavor of Christianity on the whole nation, for the glory of God.

It's the Mother Of All Dream Jobs. There's no better job opportunity. I'd take it under any circumstances. If she didn't take it and someone else got the job, she'd regret it for the rest of her life.

vote to confirm a new SCOTUS justice before even knowing who the nominee was. No vetting allowed.
The day is coming when going to court, the first thing you're asked is "Are you a D or R?" and if you lie
and say R to win your case, they'll charge you for perjury.

He stole Obama’s deserved pick. He got the 2nd pick by paying, or blackmailing (Son’s bank corruption) Kennedy and put in a rapist drunk, now on number three he is shitting on McConnell’s own rule to put in a wack job, in tongue talking, Shiria Law supporting witch.
So if we drag him out and he is not only convicted of pre office crimes, but convicted of multiple in office crimes and theft, why can we not void all 3 picks to the Top Court in the land. How can a life long criminal stack the highest court of law in our country? Democracy US style looks like a joke to the world.
Biden and Dems HAVE to stack the courts, and make voting rights open to all. Republicans will never get a chance to retaliate. Michelle and Barrack the first husband, wife Supreme Court Justices. Also appoint the New York judges that are badgers after Trump. Jail time for all criminal GOP in office now.

But it is OK for her to be appointed in an election year, because the Power of Jesus grants her exceptionalism.
