One scenario on November 3:

Trump's campaign will simply attempt to stop the votes from being counted ASAP.

It's estimated that many votes will be paper ballots and they will need to be tabulated after the last polling places close. The results won't be known on the night of November 3.

It is also projected that the paper ballots will likely support Joe Bidenn.

By stopping the vote-counting, Trump either proclaims that he is the winner of the election or he claims that the vote is 50-50 in several states and thus, must be decided by the courts. Federal courts filled with Trump's selection of judges. Perhaps to the USSC which has a precedent in place with Bush v Gore in 2000.

Biden must have his legal team ready to preserve the votes being counted.

but since when has that stopped him?

I don't worry about such scenarios, our Party has this well in hand, I'm quite sure they've thought of every possible move the Mango Menace can make and are ready to counter him in court and in the streets via us.

8. States enforce election laws I believe.

The elections are run by the states, therefore it would make sense that they are the ones to enforce the laws in their respective states.

Gotta go, have a great day and weekend.

That’s important because I’m sure none of this never occurred to them and they probably also never thought about hiring attorneys either.
