I hope Dems are planning to do this in addition to their legal strategy regarding the election:

1) Guard or demand oversight of the chain of custody of the ballots & voting machines, including their final destination until the election is certified by each state &/or a recount is put into effect.

2) Amass funding for recounts.

3) Demand forensic investigation of voting machines & tabulators by a neutral team of cyberspecialists for recounts and/or questioning of election results.
