Brilliant comment about Amy Coney Barrett and RBG

Tweet text: Louise Knott Ahern
@weezwrites
Ruth Bader Ginsburg is going to be replaced by a woman who walked through every door that Ginsburg opened for her so she can promptly use her position to shut them all for others behind her.

That's exactly how Clarence Thomas has voted as a Supreme Court justice. His entire life was made possible by the Civil Rights Movement yet he votes against every form of civil rights that comes before the Court.

And we all suffer from it indirectly. SCOTUS decisions impact millions of lives.

Just think where our country would be if SCOTUS had selected Al Gore to be President.

What amazes is that these impostors feel no shame that they are merely tokens sitting where great legal scholars once sat.

Marshall and Ginsburg...giants of the court. Thomas and Barrett...not fit to say their names aloud.

...just pure evil and probably an intended insult to the work and memory of Marshall. Just like with Barrett...an intended insult to the work and memory of RBG. I can see tRump being jealous of the admiration and love that RBG had directed toward her from so many places and people. RBG: Small in stature, a giant in her good works. I have shed so many tears over her loss to our nation. I felt protected with her on the court. Barrett scares the hell out of me.

He has his regular fixer with AG Barr, so now he needs a backup fixer on the Supreme Court who has no doubt promised to help appoint him president if the election can be thrown to the SC. We indeed live in troubled times.

The simple fact that she accepted this nomination, so close to such a consequential presidential election, shows what kind of person she is. I will not be paying attention to any of the confirmation hearings. She has already marked herself by choosing ambition over the country.
