“That idiot trump” was her response.

Edited to add that the physician noted in the results that the patient responded correctly to that question.

I first read that as a 75 year old male had the bumper sticker with the phrase: “This country is so f—cked up, we have to elect Trump and get Biden out of there.” II thought it was on purpose and the man was making a sarcastic comment to the way Trump tries to call his failures “
Biden’s America”. I thought “Hmm, clever but maybe too clever by half and I’m not sure people will get it.” (My second thought was “That’s a lot of words for a bumper sticker—seems like the letters would be awfully small”)

But in re-reading your post I think you meant the man has a Trump 2020 bumper sticker and he actually said the part about needing to get Biden out, out loud—and he was serious.

Sadly I think he’s part of a group who only watch FOX news and buy into the fear. Makes me think of the documentary a daughter did about her dad getting brainwashed by FOX.

Did you ever see the documentary “The brainwashing of my dad”. Daughter documents how angry her (previously liberal) dad gets after he starts listening to right wing talk radio on his long commute to work. Then added watching FOX news all day. He lost many friends, the family couldn’t even have pleasant dinners as it would devolve into her dad ranting about politics. Her dad became so angry and isolated, obsessed with watching FOX. It was frightening to watch. I think lonely seniors are more susceptible to this.
