If we dont have the majority, we probably cant stop this. In light of the that fact, I think we should do the following:

Keep mostly quiet. Participate in the process; and make sure we do our Due Diligence--ask the questions we want answers to, and do it respectfully, and then say thank you. Let's NOT give her the space to act like poor victimized brett.

Watch it happen, and then say 'This is the process allowed by law; we might not like what the majority has done here, but we RESPECT DEMOCRATIC NORMS and the Law.'.

THEN

We win control of the senate. And then, very quietly and respectfully, we remove the filibuster, expand the SC, and let Biden start picking nominees.

'well, no. 7. Now the SMART tactics to take by democrats on the committee is pretty simple and NO negative impact

- the tactic all democratic senators must take during the hearing is to use HER own words as well as the words of the other GOP senators on this committee not having a SC nominee even voted on it an election year. RUB THEIR FACES on national TV for their lack of truth and veracity
- then always say since we can't believe what you say then, how can we believe anything you may say now. Thats the offense to take as no matter what, the outcome will be a 6-3 court but make them pay a price
- POUND the lack of truth and veracity of this nominee and the GOP senators involved in conformation in front of america
- each democratic senator should open their questioning by holding up a placard with the quoted words and dates of this women comment on NOT having a vote on SC in an eelction year. IN BIG LETTERS, followed other placards by any one of the gOP senator statements who sit on the committee. Needs to BE VISUAL and with out doubt.
