I used to live not far from there when I was a child. Amish area -- at least back in the 1950s and 60s.

Amish, that is. There’s an awesome (a word I don’t use lightly) complex housing food markets and other goods, an indoor and open-air flea market, and a terrific restaurant.

I still remember how good the food was. I have not been back for years and years. Maybe I can make it back some time.

I remember the Amish farms...and the picket fences. When it was canning time, the glass jars were set upside down on the pickets to dry in the sun. They gleamed in the sun.

Lots of memories of that area.

The area between Akron and Canton has lots of farms split into large lots with Ryan type houses. Uniontown, Lake etc.
East of Hartville pretty farmy.

There have always been democratic bikers. They just aren't loud obnoxious look at me assholes that gather in large numbers to intimidate others.

The liberal ones just mostly like to ride and enjoy the outdoors and scenery. They also have more women among them.

The entire area is so heavily Trump now, it’s ridiculous. They even have had two Trump parades this month and there are tons of those Trump on a tank with abs flags around.

Wow. This is a major deal for Northern Ohio. ?- what’s going on the radio airwaves in mid-southern OH? 2016 I was traversing this area a lot (mom in last stages of cancer death). Sinclair media was out in full force. But... lots of Spanish speaking stations as well.
(Knew HRC was toast by driving back ways from CLE to Delaware. Too many Trump signs in backcountry then. ).
Looking forward to any 2020 updates.
