@JoeBiden
Supreme Court decisions affect our everyday lives, and the Constitution was designed to give voters a voice on who makes those decisions.
The Senate shouldn't act until after the American people select their next president and the next Congress.
Americans deserve to be heard.

(3,322 posts)as America changes over time. Now the Framers made that very clear. And regarding the Senate we have went from Senators being chosen by state legislatures to now being directly voted on by the people in elections via the 17th amendment. And hopefully on November 3rd we the people will vote in Senators that will give the Democrats the majority!! And by doing so we will send the message that government needs to change specifically the Supreme Court!! We the people will have sent a message that Supreme Court reform is needed NOW!!
So yes Joe, the voice of the people for Supreme Court reform is in the Constitution and we will be making that voice loud and clear on November 3rd!!
