(635 posts)She lost her insurance when she graduated college on 2019. She was covered under my husbands state retiree insurance and they only cover kids while they are in school. She hasnt been able to get a job with benefits. Her part time jobs are careful to schedule her hours so shes not eligible. Thank goodness for the ACA.

(7,412 posts)Had a BCBS policy through Farm Bureau for $90 a month, most young people back then just went without insurance. It was a big deal getting your health insurance at a new job after 90 days also.
