What gets me, is Donald is asked a question. He takes more than 2 minutes to respond - or ramble on.

Then it's Joe's turn. He responds in 2 minutes - while Donald interrupts him relentlessly.

Time's up, the moderator tries to move on to the next question, but Donald stops him because he wants to rebut Joe. The moderator says "you've already had your 2 minutes". Donald doesn't care he speaks again anyway, and the moderator lets him.

Yes, they need to shut his mic down. He'll complain. He'll become the victim. I don't care what he says, that mic needs to go off.

If Joe were to misbehave, then turn his off, too. But Joe is a gentleman.
