5. Next time around I hope Joe calls this out

American presidents don't say this shit, only dictators do. If the next debate is formatted so that Joe gets a minute rebuttal after Trump throws out the rigged election conspiracies, he should lambaste him over it. That could yield the memorable line for history that everyone remembers, like when McCarthy was told, "at long last, do you have no sense of decency."
