And she would be acting unless both resign and/or die. Also if either contest, then 2/3red of both the House and Senate would have to sustain.

Anyway. On becoming acting Pres she would probably fire the entire Cabinet. With this bunch I would immediately lock all political appointees out. Unless both die won't happen though.

Incapacitated to the point where neither can perform their duties. Both would practically have to be put on respirators within hours for Pelosi to take over. I bet that McConnell has a Pence android in his office behind an artificial wall for just such emergencies.
