Wasn't it back in mid-September when the news said staff in WH have Covid-19?

Back when the delegation from Israel was in DC, the joint peace signing with other world leaders? The delegation had to quarantine once home because of the infection at the WH? They were experiencing a spike at the time and didn't want to take chances but the WH as always insisting on no masks.

A little over 2 weeks ago, around September 16th?

The news first said it was "staffers" and then it was later claimed only one staff member?

Trump claimed no close contact with the staff member, if I recall correctly.

2 weeks is about the incubation time, yes?
