Thinking they were local to you. As you probably know, they are Australian birds although they have been introduced to other countries as ornamental critters.

I've watched a bunch of them breeding in a local wetland (within spitting distance of a wind farm btw). They are funny, noisy and curious birds.

We tend not to do black swan theory here, because all our swans are black!
