There is no sympathy vote

The race is stable at 42%,43%-50%,51%. That leaves around 7%-8% undecided.
Trump will keep his cult voters and no Biden voter will say "Gee, I like Biden, but I will vote for the orange monster because I feel bad for him."

And no undecided will say "Sure, he is destroying the country, but he's ill and maybe my vote will cheer him up."

Thew concept of a sympathy vote for President is a fiction.
