between "with regards to" and "in regard to." Unless he really meant to express respect, affection, or condolences" to the *"president's" diagnosis. Now that I think about it, that's not such a bad idea.

How he could continue to make these "errors" leads me to believe he needs a serious reprimanding and this reported in his life personnel file as well as more training in basic training. Wtf.
