Just once I want to tell the Republicans; Sure! Go ahead and go play in that minefield. I know you wanna. I know that I said that it wasn't safe or remotely wise, but you go ahead and run over there and have a good time. I'll wait here. Would you like a juice box when you're done playing? So cute! Bye.

She's right, when you really think about it. It's why Franken was ousted over a tacky joke photo from years ago, with Democrats snapping at his heels. It's insane. It has to STOP.
How to stop it? Stop playing by their rules. The silly sexting scandal should be met with "is this illegal? No? Then mind your own damned business, with what you've put into the White House, it needs some minding!"
Stop cooperating with this and let everybody you can think of know how inappropriate this is. Debbie, I'm lookin' at you, dear.
So guys, unless you want to see all Democrats treated as badly as women are, WAKE UP. Tell them to shove off. Let them know their houses are made of glass and we can see everything that is going on in them and they have no room to talk. And for god's sake, stop feeding a corrupted media with false outrage over nothing.

(2,026 posts)George W. Bush vs. Al Gore. The Republicons were saying "Put the adults in charge" or perhaps it was the "grownups". That could be a Democratic campaign slogan this year. And it would be far more applicable to this campaign than it was to that one.
