I attempted the link you provided and was taken to a sign-up page. Nothing in the clip suggests Ryan considers rape a method of conception. I do disagree with him that abortion should be limited to, as he says Robme believes - incest, rape and life of the mother. I think abortion should be legal and be the decision of the mother.
